A little bit about me.

Born to Vietnamese refugees, my upbringing served as a daily reminder that everyone's life journey is distinct and unique. I noticed how everyday tasks, such as making a customer service call, could be straightforward for some, yet challenging for others. As I observed these varied experiences, I yearned to create change, even in the smallest ways. My goal is to champion inclusivity and better experiences that will make life more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

I've had the honor of beginning my product design journey at the City of Houston, where I was part of the initiative to use cloud-based solutions for efficient processes in Capital Project contracts.

Currently, I'm working to on Ecolab's extensive product in the food safety and sanitation division, KitchenIQ.

Out of office, you can find me cooking, exploring the wonders of the world, filling up my travel journal, and hanging out with my best friends. 🐾 My life dream is to run a cat sanctuary and give senior dogs a wonderful life.
